Physical infrastructure
Equipment estimates, network layout, cabling requirements, contractor selection and implementation control.
End-to-end delivery of a new production IT environment — from an evolving project scope and physical infrastructure to virtualization, identity services, migration and operational handover.
The project started with a limited scope around structured cabling, network deployment and video surveillance. As the site developed, the requirements expanded into a complete production IT environment.
That changed the engineering problem: individual systems could no longer be designed independently. Networking, compute, storage, identity, backup and migration had to be planned as one production platform.
The diagram is intentionally abstracted. It shows functional relationships without exposing customer addressing, hostnames or internal security details.

Network segmentation, virtualization, shared storage, backup and infrastructure services.
New infrastructure was connected to existing business and specialized systems rather than deployed as an isolated environment.
Existing services and workloads were moved into the new environment with operational continuity as the priority.
The final stage included technical documentation, operational procedures and the transition from project implementation into normal support.
The objective was not simply to make the infrastructure work on launch day, but to leave behind an environment that could be understood, monitored, maintained and extended.
The project evolved from a narrow technical task into full infrastructure delivery. The result was a structured environment with clear network, virtualization, storage, identity, backup and operational layers.
