I work at the intersection of hands-on engineering and infrastructure ownership. My focus is complex heterogeneous environments where Linux, virtualization, networking, storage, observability and security must operate as one system.
I take ownership of the complete change lifecycle: assessment, design, implementation, migration, production handover, monitoring, documentation and ongoing operations.

Head of IT Infrastructure / Senior Linux Engineer
- Responsible for server, network and backup infrastructure across multiple production sites supporting 150+ users and 40+ servers.
- Lead a three-person infrastructure team; recruited and trained two system administrators and established knowledge transfer and areas of responsibility.
- Operate a 9-node primary Proxmox VE cluster, a standalone remote node and an additional 3-node cluster, including HA, live migration, quorum and workload distribution.
- Deployed a 3-node Proxmox VE + Ceph + NFS cluster with a dedicated 10 Gb/s network and separated management, production, storage and backup planes.
- Develop observability and security using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix, Wazuh, rsyslog and SCA controls.
- Design and operate MikroTik networking with 50+ VLANs, IPsec, WireGuard, OSPF, LACP, NAT, filtering and WAN redundancy.

- Supported Linux and Windows servers, Proxmox VE, Active Directory and network infrastructure across office and production sites.
- Introduced Proxmox, Zabbix and corporate IP telephony based on Asterisk.
